The homeowners recently purchased a beautifully renovated bungalow featuring bold colors with a lackluster landscape. They sought to reduce the amount of lawn in the front yard while enhancing its curb appeal with a preference for  natural elements such as rocks, wood, and architecturally striking plants. In order to further enjoy the front yard sitting area some separation between private and public needed to be considered.
