Initial Meeting
During our free initial meeting, we begin by touring your garden together. This walk-through allows us to gather details about your space and its potential challenges, your needs, and your vision. It’s an opportunity for both the designer and the client to establish rapport. This visit sets the foundation for the design process, ensuring that we align with your priorities right from the start.
Documentation

If you decide to move forward in our design process a copy of your Real Property Report (RPR) will be required. This document is essential as it gives a precise, scaled representation of the property, including the boundaries, structures, and utility setbacks. With your RPR pulled into our design program all concepts and final drawing will also be to scale.
Site Measurements
Returning to your property, any additional measurements will be taken; documenting doors and windows for site lines, triangulating any existing trees and measuring grade changes, all to ensure accuracy for the landscape concepts and final plan.

Concepts
Based on the gathered information, site conditions, and your wish list, we will create three different concept plans that organize the space in unique ways.

Review Meeting
An in-person meeting will be scheduled to present the three concepts. During this meeting hardscape materials will be presented and discussed.
Final Plan
The final drawing will reflect all the choices made from the three different concepts. It will be a to-scale, both softscape and hardscape labeled drawing, ready for your installer to price.
